Thanksgiving

 Just before Halloween I heard from Sharen that Carrie was looking for a t-shirt from the one of the Bulls championship series back in the 90's. Bryan saved a bunch of t-shirts and jerseys so I go hunting in one of the many bins still taking space in our basement.

I didn't find anything that she could use, but I did find this.

Not my Shirt

Man did this bring back so many memories of our famous Euchre Tournaments on Thanksgiving.  It's not my shirt - I only one once (with Bill) and didn't keep the t-shirt. This year, 2000, Bryan and Andy won Again!!! I love the shirt and the memories that it brought back.

I was so glad to get a chance to get out of the kitchen for a bit and go for our regular morning walk.

This year Sharen and I were joined by the other twins, who spent the night with Sharen.

This year our Thanksgiving was small. Bryan and Mary went to Ohio to spend the holiday with the Murpheys. Dylan was working.

Stacy was here with Kaylyn, Logan with girlfriend Nicole. Brian brought his girlfriend from MN, Kelly and our friend Steve. 

 Small gathering, but the same food I love to see at Thanksgiving dinner. Lots of food. Will I ever learn how to cook for a small group? Probably not.
